About the Farm

In 2001, with the help of their girls, parents and some neighborhood friends, Steve and Annette planted 1,000 blueberry bushes. In just 3 years, they were open for business ready for visitors to pick their own blueberries.

The Berries

We care for our berries year around, but they only fruit for a short period, so if you want them fresh (and why wouldn't you) check the harvest dates below. We're proud of our berries and hope you'll stop by and see why everyone else is too!

Upcoming events

The vineyard is ready for you and the 2027 muscadines can be picked from daybreak to noon each day. The season will last approximately through the last week August 2027. A few prerequisites to note: wear comfortable clothing and shoes including a hat, bring water and stay hydrated and bring a bucket or sack for your harvest. Please be aware of bothersome insects and if you see any just move to the next vine and let us know which vine has problems. As in the past, we have a blue tube on the free-standing porch if you wish to make a donation to help us maintain the field. Enjoy and stay safe! Thank you all for your patronage.
